1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how HYPERCELL TEKNOLOJİ ANONİM ŞİRKETİ ("HYPERCELL Teknoloji", "we", "us") — a mobile-game publishing company established in Türkiye and a member of the HYPERCELL group — collects, uses, and shares data when you play the mobile games we publish (the "Games") and when you visit the hypercell-tr.games website (the "Site"). For the processing described here, HYPERCELL Teknoloji is the data controller.

2. Data we collect

The Games do not require an account, and we do not ask for your name, email address, or other contact details when you play. The data processed is technical and is collected automatically:

• Device and identifier data — device model, operating system and version, language and region settings, IP address, and online identifiers such as your device's advertising ID;
• Approximate location — a coarse location (such as country or city) derived from your IP address; we do not collect precise GPS location;
• Gameplay and usage data — events such as session start and length, levels played, progress, and in-game actions;
• Advertising data — which ads were shown and how you interacted with them; and
• Diagnostics — crash logs and performance data.

3. How and why we use data

We use this data to:

• run the Games and understand how they are played, so we can improve them and fix bugs and crashes;
• show advertising, which keeps the Games free to play, and measure how it performs;
• prevent fraud and abuse; and
• comply with legal obligations.

4. Third-party service providers

We rely on a small number of service providers, which process the data described above under their own privacy policies:

• AppLovin MAX (advertising and ad mediation) delivers the ads shown in the Games. As a mediation platform, AppLovin may share data such as your advertising ID and IP address with the ad networks participating in its platform. See the AppLovin privacy policy and its list of advertising partners.
• Google Firebase Analytics (analytics) helps us understand, in aggregate, how the Games are played. See the Google privacy policy and the Firebase privacy and security page.

The app store you install the Games from (for example, Google Play) also processes data under its own terms and privacy policy.

5. Your advertising choices

Ads in the Games may be contextual or personalized based on interests inferred from identifiers such as your advertising ID. You can limit or stop personalization at the device level: on Android, via Settings → Privacy → Ads, where you can reset or delete your advertising ID; on iOS, via the App Tracking Transparency prompt and Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

6. Legal bases and international transfers

We process personal data under Turkish Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK) and, where it applies, the EU/UK General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Depending on the processing, we rely on our legitimate interests (running, securing, and improving the Games and showing contextual advertising), on your consent where it is required (for example, for personalized advertising), or on compliance with legal obligations.

Our providers may process data on servers outside your country, including in the United States. Where data is transferred internationally, it is protected by safeguards recognized under applicable law, such as the providers' standard contractual clauses and equivalent mechanisms.

7. Retention and deletion

We keep data only for as long as it is needed for the purposes above, after which it is deleted or aggregated. Because the Games have no accounts, the data our providers hold is keyed to device identifiers rather than to your identity. Resetting or deleting your advertising ID unlinks future advertising data from your device; for deletion requests, contact us at info@hypercell-tr.games.

8. Your rights

Under KVKK Article 11 and, where applicable, the GDPR, you may ask us whether we process your personal data and request access to it, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, or portability, and you may object to processing based on legitimate interests. To exercise these rights, email info@hypercell-tr.games. You may also lodge a complaint with the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority or your local supervisory authority.

9. The website

The Site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply to you.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last revised" date above shows the current version's date. Material changes will be communicated through the Games or the Site where reasonably possible.
